Thinking like a leader

In any situation we have a choice about how we respond. Often we make those choices unconsciously and the result isn’t always helpful for us personally, or in shaping how we are seen as a leader.

In challenging situations we tend to react automatically, and we are left feeling powerless. Karen Waitt’s seminar“Thinking like a leader” will show you how to be more deliberate about your choices. She will explain how to reframe your thinking so you feel more empowered to think like a leader and therefore be perceived as a leader.

Our events are changing…a little

Looking back at previous events, it’s clear that the format and range of topics are really popular – but that some of you also feel that men should hear the messages and learning too!

This is great to hear, so why not bring along a male colleague this time too? Having joined Inspire Group just a few weeks ago as Director of our Leaders business after senior leadership roles in the public, private and non-profit sectors in the UK, New Zealand and internationally, I am really looking forward to attending this event. See you there.
