We started Inspire Leaders based on our belief that most organisations can develop their people leaders far more effectively than they currently do.
We are influenced by a growing body of research that sheds light on the thinking, skills and behaviours that enable leaders to make successful transitions. We incorporate this research into our own practice as we work with clients in solving their business issues around leadership development.
Our way
Our starting point with you is to understand what you’re trying to achieve as an organisation, and how developing your leaders will help achieve that.
We’ll find out what you’re doing now and what could be done differently or better. We’ll bring our expertise to the conversation and then we’ll map out a solution with you to suit your organisation.
We’ll work closely with you throughout the design and development phases to ensure that we get it right.
In delivery, we’re focused on engaging the leader right from the start: providing them with the opportunities to think, learn and grow in a way that suits them. Our approach is learner-centric – this is the starting point for behavioural change.
Our evaluation approach identifies the critical success factors up front, and measures these both during and on completion of your project.
